I purchased a pre configured flash I have loaded it and noticed it is 4.7.  I have 4 3TB drives so when I assign them the start button in the command area stays grey'd out.  I assume this is because I have version 4.7 which isn't compatible with 3TB drives.  What do I need to do to get a version that is compatible with these drives?

So I downloaded the new version and copied it to the flash.  It only shows up as basic instead of plus.  Did I need to preserve a file that contained the license?

 

Since I got in a hurry and deleted the necessary file how do I get it back?

yes you needed to preserve Plus.key or Pro.key, whichever you have.
