ARC1200 or harddisk problem?

I have my unraid server running virtualized under ESXi. I consists of: X9SCM-F, 16 GB RAM, 2 M1015 and a Areca ARC 1200 controller. On the ARC 1200 I have 2 2TB Seagates. They make a 3TB RAID0 volume for parity disk (sda) and a 500 GB RAID1 volume for cache disk (sdb).

 

I see these lines in the syslog for both sda and sbd:

Do they mean trouble? Or what else do they mean? Drive spin-up problem or too slow?

    Just a guess but I would say it is unRAIDs attempt to spin down/up the drives or get the temperatures.
