Cannot explain why my disks spin up

I just did exactly that..

 

I can confirm that both couchpotatoe and sickbeard spin up all disks on which their mediafiles are stored...

    Did some googleing.. lots of messages around on sickbeard and couchpotato spinning up QNAS's and stuff..
