Budget is kind of open, looking at under $500 for starting, will expand with more drives later.

 

I have:

• 2x 2TB HDDs which will be getting added to the system (can link actual drives if needed)
  
• SeaSonic S12II 520 Bronze 520W
  

 

Looking at getting:

• Case: XCLIO Nighthawk
  
• MoBo: ASRock 880GM-LE
        or ASRock 970DE3/U3S3
  
• CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 Propus (A bit of overkill yes, but its only $15 more than the dual core)
        or AMD Sempron 145 Sargas (If it is capable of smoothly handling streaming and such on a 12 drive system)
  
• Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB
  
• HDD Rack: ICY DOCK MB154SP-B
        or NORCO SS-400
  

and at least one 2TB HDD (maybe 2) will be purchased as well (those I'm fairly certain i can select myself)

 

So any input, suggestions, recommended substitutions, and/or knowledge/experience with the listed components will be much appreciated.
