Motherboard:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813136053 This motherboard is pretty great, it has a nifty little LCD display on the MB that shows an error codes while booting up. It showed that one of my old ram sticks I was going to reuse was bad and it wouldn't even boot, swapped that out. And then it would boot fine with no error code. 

 

I tried every bios config variation I could try and could never get it to boot with USB-FDD or USB-HDD, the flash drive was straight from tom.  Using the method posted by brainbone http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=2407.0 I was finally able to get my unraid pro server up and running. It's now configured and been up and running for 4 days, with 7x 500gb samsung drives. With about 600-700 GB transfered onto it.
