Help restoring access to server remotely

Featured Replies

Hello all and happy holidays!

I have a working unraid server with Sab and air video running great. I've been out of town for a week. The first couple days were fine, I could access like normal through Sab and air video. The last couple of days I get an error in both programs saying server cannot be accessed, wrong ip or port

I've not changed anything in either app Ie Sab or air. I initiAlly thougth maybe my external IP address was changed by my ISP as this happens every once in a while (although I was surprised since it had happened only a couple of weeks ago and didn't think it would happen again so soon)

However, on the advice of helpful board members, I was able to check the header info in my daily unraid ok messages (I'm still receiving these each day) and it appears that my external address has NOT changed!

So I'm wondering what if anything I can do to try to get some sort of response from my server?
