Hi,

 

Is it possible to shutdown unRAID from the command shell or is it better to use the button of unRAID webui.

 

shutdown -h 0

    Button of the unraid gui is better. A shutdown now will cause the array to get terminate before it is sure to do so and will trigger a parity check at bootup.

    Using shutdown like that without the array stopped will most likely cause a parity check on reboot.
