December 31, 201213 yr Hi there, I am in the process of preclearing an older drive for reintegration into my server (the drive was previously used, then replaced with a larger one). When I run preclear, I get a warning that GPT (GUID Partition Table) is detected on the disk. I don't care about any of the data on the disk at all (in fact, I'm not sure how that partition got there), what steps do I need to take to resolve this? Thanks, Greg Pre-Clear unRAID Disk /dev/sdh ################################################################## 1.13 Model Family: Western Digital Caviar Green family Device Model: WDC WD10EADS-00M2B0 Serial Number: WD-WCAV50508910 Firmware Version: 01.00A01 User Capacity: 1,000,204,886,016 bytes WARNING: GPT (GUID Partition Table) detected on '/dev/sdh'! December 31, 201213 yr Author Thanks for the response. I realize that I need to type "Yes" to continue with the preclear. I am wondering, will this repartition the disk as well? Do I need to care about it being repartitioned? Thanks, Greg
