January 2, 201313 yr Hi All I am planning my first build using this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-042-AE case. I am not wanting hot swap drives just the ability to keep adding drives as time goes by. I have seen this http://www.moddiy.com/products/5%252din%252d3-Device-Module-Hard-Disk-Cage-SAS%7B47%7DSATA-Expander-Enclosure.html but it seems very expensive for what it is. Does anyone know of a cheaper way to jam this case (or similar) full of drives? I am UK based so don't have access to newegg or similar sites that only ship to the US Cheers Lloyd
January 2, 201313 yr There is http://www.scan.co.uk/products/cooler-master-full-alloy-4-in-3-devices-module-ideal-for-most-cases from Scan but the drives would need additional cooling, only £12.
January 3, 201313 yr If your main goal is to add-remove drives from the front, the cheapest solution that I have found is this http://www.xcase.co.uk/product-p/caddy-53v2.htm and is also based in the U.K. I already own three of them (the previous revision) and planning on acquiring another one soon. Good luck.
