no webgui? not the tower name problem

i have no access to the webgui. I have tried connecting using both the ip address and the server name but just get a cannot open webpage error. I can access unmenu but when i try the unraid main page i just get a red cross. I have access to all my shares and files. I am using version 4.7. My setup has been working perfectly for 2 years with out a single problem except for one red ball.

 

I have attached my syslog. Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this.
