January 13, 201313 yr Hi everyone! I need some help setting up the sleep-mode... I'm on 5.0-rc8a and have installed the simplefeatures-plugins. But the sleep-button won't work. From the log: Jan 14 19:13:41 Server logger: Enter sleep mode Jan 14 19:13:41 Server logger: Wake-up from sleep mode Is it because of using a cache-drive? Using "echo 3 > /proc/acpi/sleep" results in "/proc/acpi/sleep: No such file or directory" Oh, and I'm using "starcat's build": http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=11310.0 Any help is highly appreciated. :]
January 13, 201313 yr There is a bug in the current version of SF, preventing the scheduled sleep to work (depending on the browser you use). It is still possible to use the sleep button on the main page to put your system directly into sleep mode. Soon a new version of SF will be released and has the necessary correction.
January 14, 201313 yr Even the button on the main page won't send it to sleep... Consult your BIOS documentation, usually there is a setting for sleep state (choose 'S3').
