(SOLVED) UpgradE from 4.7 to 5.0-rc10

Featured Replies

I too am upgrading from 4.7 to 5.0-RCxx and I am having the same problem with a blank screen. I found in my search that the removal of a PHP package from unMenu is required. I am not sure what a PHP is or where to find it in the unMenu folder. I would very much appreciate a dummied down instructions of how to do this.

Thanks in advance

This is what I am referring to. I have no clue what they are talking about. I need detailed instructions as I am a novice at best.

Conducting an upgrade need to be a little more bullet proof than this...

Thanks anyways. How about an expert here!

Try starting up unMENU.  Goto the 'package Manager'.  Now scroll down the list of packages until you find 'PHP'. Now disable or uninstall it.  (You have to click on the button in PHP box to get  to the options.

I do not have PHP even downloaded so I can't take any further.
