Hello everyone

 

My X8SIL-V is running bios version 1.0c

 

There is a newer 1.2a bios

 

but I can't find a changelog or list of fixed issues

 

anyone know what's changed between those versions?

 

is it worth the upgrade?

 

I am having no issues whatsoever with my server, but I like to keep things updated

    I'm not sure what's changed but the rule of bios updates as far as I know is "if nothing is wrong DONT upgrade". Normal software updates you want but bios updates are a bit different. If your not experiencing any issues I wouldn't upgrade. YMMV of course but even most manufacturers will tell you not to update the bios of you don't have any problems.
