I currently have 4 super micro 5 in 3's and I was just wondering if they would fit in an antec 1200? The motherboard in using is a super micro X9SCM-F-O. I did a quick search and get mixed answers as to if they will hit the motherboard.

I have that motherboard and those cages in an Antec 900 which is the 9 bay version of that case. The plastic fan shroud sits over top the motherboard by about 3/4 inch. It doesn't actually touch the motherboard though. I had a little trouble connecting the main power cable to the board but could have avoided it by connecting it and then putting cages in. So I would say no, you won't have a problem.
