Running 5.0b14. Last night I stopped the array and rebooted the server and when it came back up I can't access the webgui, and none of the drives other than the usb stick are showing up. I can telnet in.

 

Edit: After a shutdown and restart everything is back. Running a parity check now.

I installed RC11 and for the same thing earlier this evening. I ended up removing all the plugins and it booted.  I manually installed simple features, sabnzbd, sick beard and transmission and they are working.  I haven't rebooted the server since then nor added all of the other plugins.  Il do that later this week.

This happens to me routinely on reboot only (i.e. no power down). When it happens I fully power down and cycle back up. In my case shares are restored at that point without doing anything else. This happened on v4.7 with a combination of motherboard and PCIe SATA ports but I've had the same experience with rc8a on an ESXi build with all drives on M1015. Now I just avoid reboot only restarts.
