mark_anderson_us
Hi All Just getting started wit unRaid and decided to go for 5 rc10 I currently have 2TB + 500GB data and 2TB parity. I created a folder called Movies on disk 1 (2TB) and created a user share called Movies and included disk1, disk2 I tried to copy 2.1 TB of movies and it said not enough space. Just want to check this is correct: i have to create the Movies folder myself on all included disks? Also, do I have to use the included disks field if I want it to span all drives (just read somethign about that being a fancier feature) Thanks Mark Link to comment
amgreenwalt
No you do not need to create the folder on the disks, Just create the share and tell it if you only want that share to be on a specific disk. Here is your best friend when new to unRAID. http://lime-technology.com/wiki/index.php/Configuration_Tutorial Link to comment
