mark_anderson_us
Using rc11 I go to users, click add enter "mark.anderson", no description and password (or no password) and all I get in the console is failed to add entry for user ... Further, what's all this BS about no caps in usernames (not that it works with no caps) in the user guide too. Really - this must some kind of joke. Do they know it's the 21st century? I believe the restriction is imposed by the underlying Linus operating system and probably can be traced to the origin of unix back in the early 1970's. (The old compatibility bugaboo since unix used teletype machines in those days for input/output and those mechanical monsters didn't even have a shift key.) Try adding mark_anderson. (Gee whiz, that is basically what you are using for your forum name.) Link to comment
