I'm running version 5.0-beta14.

I installed the latest SNAP and mounted an external USB hard drive.

 

I opened up unRAID webGUI under Shares, i see the external USB hard drive is under /mnt/disk/GoGo (the name i gave it). My question is, how do i share GoGo so i can copy files from it to my unRAID drives.

Since it is on your unRAID machine there is no reason to share it unless you want to access it from another machine. If you are trying to use Windows or some other machine to copy the files from an unRAID USB drive to an unRAID array drive you will only be slowing things down considerably by making it move the files across the network and back.

to start Midnight Commander. It takes a little learning to get started using it but you will get much faster results that way if you have a lot to copy.
