I'm moving my unRAID server from a large ATX case to a mini-ITX case to save space. Other than taking a screenshot of the disk assignment page, should I be doing anything else? As long as I assign the disks to the same spaces, I can just boot up as normal, correct?

That's about it. On 4.x you'll have to re-assign the drives if the ports change. On any of the 5.0 series it should pick the drives even if the ports change.
