I've noticed recently that it takes upward of 2 minutes to open folders from my unraid mounted on my Mac desktop.  Can someone provide some insight as to why this occurs?

    You have a bad Ethernet cable?

     

    You'll need to provide more info including a syslog.

    Well, I thought my problem resolved itself but now I am getting next to nothing regarding file transfers.  I can not transfer files from my unRaid to my desktop although (hangs at preparing to copy). I can watch movies on my XBMC via the network without problem.  I have attached a syslog.
