Bad disk sectors, should I be worried?

I ran badblocks and it indicated that there were no bad blocks on any disks.

    If it were me I'd RMA disc2 as soon as possible. I wouldn't trust that disc anymore. So yes, be worried!

    I 1000% agree.  disk2 is long overdue for an RMA.

     

    Oh yes, one more nail in the coffin for "badblocks"  I do not trust it to identify anything...  I have one disk with several thousand re-allocated sectors AND it is failing SMART, yet it passes lengthy repeated 4 pass "write" tests with badblocks.

    Disk1 has a pending sector which may complicate rebuilding disk2. Copy all data off off these disks before proceeding.
