So i was adding a drive to my unraid server when all the sudden everything kinda took a dump.

 

Then I saw this.

So i was running a windows 7 VM with 2GB of RAM allocated and I was preclearing a disk.  I have 4GB of RAM total.  Is it possible I ran out of memory?  How can I start samba without rebooting the server?

    I ended up dropping my VM down to 2 cores and 1GB of RAM.  Its been pre-clearing the new-used drive for 2 hours now with no issues.
