When I stop plex, it refuses to start back up without a restart of unraid

Hitting apply loads for a bit, then comes back with the same page. I couldn't find any logs that seemed to log anything about it what-so-ever, so, I can't really attach a log. Anyone know what to do?

    try issuing ps -A at the command line. When you find the PID for Plex Media Serv issue use kill PID. Then restart Plex from the web interface or command line
