I am a newbie on unraid and i am planning to install unmenu 1.5 for my unraid rc11.

I know how to install plugin with .plg file but the latest unmenu 1.5 is come with .conf

I searched the forum and no answer was found about how to install .conf file.

Anyone can teach me how to install?

    yes, it is.  If you are looking at the version of the installer, you are getting confused.  It will install the latest version of unMENU.
