I have recently upgraded to 5.0-rc11,  it was working fine as I recall.  In the process of installing a plug-in "sabnzbd_unplugged"  upon reboot I have lost all my shares apart from one "Movies".  This is now the only one displayed in the Shares page,  although even this is now empty.

 

My disks still have all the share folders created,  so is it just a case of recreating the shares?  Or will this screw up the content of the existing share folders?

First thing to try is to disable all plugins and reboot. I'll bet everything comes back on its own. If so, you have a plug in that is misbehaving, and you need to contact the author of the plugin for help.
