Basically my internet over the last few days has been insanely slow, and, I've had no idea why, so, today, I get really pissed off and rip my unraid box's Ethernet cables out of my switch and all of a sudden my internet is back at it's correct speed.

 

I'm not a linux guy, so, I have literally no idea how to check a per-process internet usage. Does anyone know how? Googling around for general linux tutorials it just provides me with stuff assuming I'm not on the CLI:-
