You should not bother with Google - download from the sticky thread above which will always give you the most recent version.  unMenu is now in the 1.6 series.

the "install" program on google has not changed much in a very long time. Its version number has nothing to do with the unMENU program modules it downloads.

 

Simply use the "Check-for-Updates" button on the "User-Scripts" page in unMENU to have it check if updates are available.

If they are, unMENU will then present a button on the user-scripts page to allow you to install those updates.

 

Click in it, then once the updates are installed, it will be necessary to click on the button on the user-scripts page to "Restart unMENU"

After being re-started, you'll need to click through a few pages to allow your browser's cache to refresh from the new versions.

 

Version 1.6 looks a lot more modern than 1.5 thanks to the efforts of a few fellow unMENU users who added .css skinning to update the appearance.

Configure browser push notifications

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
