March 17, 201313 yr I am trying to bring my second WD 3TB drive online. My other 2 disks were parity sync'd with my first WD 3TB RED drive. I took the array off-line. Assign the 2nd WD 3TB drive to the disk3 position Both the parity and the 2nd WD RED drives appears as blue balls. I went to restart the array.... and the first WD RED drive dropped out of the parity position altogether. With the second appearing in disk 3 position... So, I then stopped the array again, and took the 2 drive out. Now the system wants me to re-sync. How do I get this second drive online..? Syslog does not seem to reflect any of this. March 18, 201313 yr Author Excuse me for giving this a bump. Is there any other information that I can give to attract a resolution ?
