March 19, 201313 yr UnRAID supports GUID partitions and should support disk partition of up to 9.44 ZB - zettabytes. I wanted to state something similar, that basically this is a moot conversation since it works with 3TB drives, above the 2.2TB limitation of MBR partitions.
March 19, 201313 yr For trivia's sake, in 2009 it was estimated that the entire World Wide Web was only half a zettabyte. 1ZB = 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 bytes or a quarter million 4TB drives.
March 20, 201313 yr Author Thanks for the replies. I guess I'll grab a 4TB for my parity (just to cover in case I want to get another 4TB down the road in the array. A few years ago I would never imagine I'd have 22TB of HD space.
