this drive was from my parity. replaced with new 2tb green.

hw reliable is this disk, if i add it into array?

I would say that drive is nearly useless.

 

There are constantly un-readable sectors on ever post-read cycle.

 

There is a possibility it is a poor power supply to the drive causing the errors, but odds are higher it is the drive itself.
