acegutta22 Posted March 26, 2013 Share Posted March 26, 2013 Hi last night here in Florida we had some pretty bad storms and my power went out and lucky me I was to cheap to buy a ups so after a parity check and a reboot I noticed all my shares are missing now i tried to find more threads about this situation but really dont understand how to recover the share also my unmenu is missing in action if someone could please help point me in the right direction it would be deeply appreciated below is my synlog http://pastebin.com/z9ACYtuR syslog-2013-03-25.txt Link to comment

Posted March 26, 2013 Share Posted March 26, 2013 basically, your add-on processes have used up all available memory so the linux kernel is killing off idle processes (those idle the longest) in an attempt to free memory. You'll need to disable your add ons, then reboot, then let the parity check complete AND let the reiserfs journals replay their transactions. I've see it take over 30 minutes before the disks mount.
