March 27, 201313 yr I had to do a hard shutdown last night, of coarse a parity check needed to be done. Passed with no errors. Now my problem is nothing that was to be reinstalled got reinstalled upon boot. I can install them again through unmenu, re-enable the re-install. Everything is OK until I reboot. I have to re-install them. Packages: powerdown monthly_parity_check bwm-ng apcupsd I'm attaching Syslog, go script and the auto_install files under packages. BTW I'm on V4.7 SOLVED - Flash was corrupt. files.zip
March 27, 201313 yr What happens when you type: cd /boot/packages && find . -name '*.auto_install' -type f -print
March 27, 201313 yr Author I get ./bwm-ng-0.6-i486-2bj.tgz.auto_install ./monthly_parity_check.auto_install ./apcupsd-3.14.3-i486-1kjz.tgz.auto_install ./powerdown-1.02-noarch-unRAID.tgz.auto_install
March 27, 201313 yr Author Joe, the previous reply is after I reinstalled everything, When I reboot, I get -bash: cd: /boot/packages: No such file or directory The directory is there. I stuck the flash drive in a PC and doing a check disk. I'll keep all informed. PB
