Smartmontools smartctl 6.1 update?

I am trying to stress test and preclear a few old harddrives and I want to use a USB enclosure. The most recent precompiled version of smartctl I could find was 5.43. This version does not support my USB ID (0x067b:0x3507) or the -d usbjmicron,p option.

 

Does anyone have a package for smartctl 6.1?
