Yea PART 4 is a good article about flashing the firmware.

 

It has the link to the zip file that includes the latest firmware (P15 i think) and efi version of sas2flash.

It doesn't mention anything about uefi shell in that specific article though, but if you can go to uefi shell, the instruction's the same.
