Mover question

I have a bunch of plugins installed to the cache drive under a user share of apps which is set to exclude my array disks and it is set to cache only. I noticed this morning that when mover ran last night it was trying to move everything and getting this error.

over and over for every file that is in that apps folder on my cache drive. I am on the 5.0 rc12a. I thought I had set this up correctly but I havent. Any ideas?
