Check status of parity sync from command line?

I threw a new 3TB red drive in for a new parity drive. Been running for over 24 hours (will take a while I know) but the Web site is unresponsive.  I can still ssh in.  Is there a way to check the parity sync status from the command line? Thanks!

    Yes, you should be able to interpret the output of the

    /root/mdcmd status | egrep "mdResync|mdState|sbSync"

    command.    The parameters mdResync* all deal with the parity sync.
