For unraid should the BIOS time be the GMT time or the local time.  We are in the MST timezone and my server is one hour off since we use daylight savings time here.

    Select a different time-zone so that the time is correct. Use the same NTP server for your clients as the server to prevent access problems due to a time mismatch.
