Have a server up and running but it doesn't have room for the drives so I'm going to do an external setup.

 

 

Server side im going to use the following parts

1 saslp-mv8

1 Supermicro CBL-0168L  SFF8087 TO SFF8088

 

 

Case side

sff8088 to sff8087 

 

forward sff8087 to sata breakout

 

 

 

and two 2 SFF8088 Cables and this for powering up the drives with no motherboard

received all the parts, works just fine. I will have to make a build thread. I went with a tftp boot setup for unraid instead of messing with plop and images and such.
