Drives show in BIOS but not in unRaid

I just installed a new mobo, cpu, and ram in one of my servers and all the drives are detected in BIOS, but not in unRaid.  I have eight SATA and one IDE drives and only the IDE and two of the SATA drives are showing under Devices.  The new motherboard is a MSI P43 Neo3-F with eight onboard SATA ports.  Any ideas?

When others have reported this type of issue, it was a Bios option not set correctly...

set the controller to ACHI mode, not IDE (under Raid-Mode I think)
