Powerdown 'terminated'?

I often get this error:-

[..Powerdown stuff..]
status[11819]: /dev/sdg: Unknown USB bridge [0x0781:0x5530 (0x119)]
status[11819]: Smartctl: please specify device type with the -d option.
status[11819]: Use smartctl -h to get a usage summary
status[11819]: No active PIDS on the array
Terminated

 

And then I run it again and it shuts down, my only concern is:-

Since APCUPSD runs "Powerdown", what happens if there's a powercut? It won't shut down, it'll just get "terminated".
