May 4, 201313 yr I'd replace the drive -- at today's prices, there's no reason to take any chances. I presume you have "known good" parity -- i.e. have run a fairly recent test with zero errors. If not, then I'd copy all of the data off the failing disk; then replace it -- if the rebuild is successful you won't need the backed up data, but if not, you'll have it
