    Not good.  :-(  Not sure about these people, but there are some groups that do it, not to attack, but to let people know that they need to increase the security on a web site to prevent it from being exploited.  Sadly, even if this group is in the later marginally noble group...  Once tagged, or 'defaced' the site is marked as vulnerable, and thus, posted that it can be hacked.  REALLY NOT GOOD...  :-( :-(
