[SOLVED] How to display license key in WebGUI?

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

it seems an obvious question I wasn't unable to find the information.

Is there a way to display information about your own license key from the Web UI?

(Certainly you may look into the key file from the shell, but that is not what I am asking).

TIA

JC

Not sure why you would need to know what your key is? It's not used for anything. The web GUI will display Basic, Plus or Pro depending on what version you paid for.

Well so obvious and still so subtle. Overlooked that.

Anyway, you may want to display who the key is licenced to, if you bought it on a USB stick.

On the main menu just click on "flash" in the device list and it will show you the GUID, the registered name, the make/model of the flash drive, and the current security settings.

And as already noted, on the Main page itself it clearly indicates the type of license (Plus, Pro, etc.)
