ASUS P6T DELUXE V2

Featured Replies

I have an old Core I7 in a ASUS P6T DELUXE V2 MB.  Has anyone built an Unraid serve with this MB that could share their experience with it?

-you have a good chance to use the 6 on-board S-ATA ports, since the BIOS seems to support AHCI mode.

- most likely the onboard NIC, based on a Marvell88E8056 will not work, but you can replace it with a PCI or PCIe card (use an Intel based one for this).

Edit: you can, of course, always plug in a fresh unRAID stick and see whatever the outcome will be.

I use a P6T deluxe and everything works as it should... 1gb ethernet, all sata, 6gb ram

Yeah, the ethernet should work fine. There are multiple threads with people using a board with that chip and it works fine.

...don't want to be OT but I searched the forum with that NIC id and could only find two threads where that model is in use...with topics regarding unstable or slow transfer speeds.
