May 14, 201313 yr I just switched my second unRAID setup from 4.7 to 5.0 rc12. It automatically boots to the first option but I also see a second one that mentions 4GB. I am running 2GB of memory. Is the first boot option the one I need to use or the second one? Or do I need to have more memory?

The second is to limit use of ONLY 4G of memory when more is physically present to improve performance on some hardware. unRAID would probably boot just fine on 512 Meg of ram, so your 2GB is perfectly fine unless you run memory hogging add-ons.
