Issue with SimpleFeatures Email Notify Plugin

I am using SimpleFeatures 1.0.11 and am having a problem with the email notify plugin.  I can not get it to send to more than one email address and it is the first one listed.  I made sure that I separated the email addresses with a space, but it still doesn't work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
