FTP on 5.0 RC12

I've setup a test user (local user) within the new "FTP Server" option within the 5.0 RC 12 settings page and I'm looking into getting VSFTP up and running. I have a VSFTP.conf file I've made with all the settings and securities I need. How do I get unRAID to use this .conf file upon bootup? Is there a syntax I would place into the go file to have it read this .conf from a location on my flash, such as the /config folder?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
