I am about to build a server and just want to check if there will be an issue with Windows 7 Home connecting to Unraid.

I had a look around here and couldn't find an answer.

Sorry as Im sure this has been asked a 1000 times

    Should work just fine.  Generally anything that can read smb should be fine accessing UnRaid.  There is also NFS and whatever it is that apple uses (I can't even be bothered to look it up ;)  ), but you said windows so SMB is the order of the day.

    Like windows as use WMC to record some stuff and find it handy.

    Just wanted to check that i didnt need Win 7 pro
