Those handles on the sides are removable too. I also came across this sweet ass case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112393 EDIT: The other thing I noticed is that Qnap unit is running Intel hardware. I don't know if you can somehow wipe it or have it boot unraid instead of the Qnap OS.

I have found U-NAS NSC-800 which is similar to qnap but it is out of stock everywhere very hard to order this.
June 9, 201313 yr The U-NAS NSC-800 has been available here but is also currently out of stock: http://www.u-nas.com/xcart/product.php?productid=17617&cat=249&page=1 Unlike the NSC-400, it does not come with a 1U PSU.
