Very slow downloads after new drives

Hi, I had no problems using sabnzbd before I added a new cache drive and a new array drive. Now the downloads are very slow, in the 50-100kbs range.

 

 

My old cache drive was 150gig it failed

I replace it with a 250gig hdd

While I had everything apart I added another 3tb array drive

I also upgraded unraid to the software version to 5rc 12a - I was running on 8 before.

 

Any ideas why this might be happening?
